Drink better. To cleanse the intestines, nothing like a cure of lemon juice mixed with lukewarm water every morning on an empty stomach. We then swap the 11 o’clock coffee with Matcha green tea, a marvelous drink if there is one since it makes us rejuvenate 400 times more than black tea thanks to its antioxidant properties . The rest of the day, we do not leave our water bottle, and we do not wait until we are thirsty to drink a few sips.
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha green tea powder
- some ice cubes
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- With a shaker, vigorously mix the Matcha, a large glass of water, honey and lemon juice.
- Pour everything into a tall glass containing a few ice cubes.
- Drink right away! Matcha does not really dissolve. After some time it will remain in suspension.
